1 Processing of your personal data
1.1 Ursus law firm, Stærmosevej 12, DK-7120 Vejle Øst, CVR-no. 39443007 (“Ursus law firm”), will as part of your communication and interaction with us, whether as a client, potential client, employee of a client or potential client, a supplier or as a business contact, collect and process personal data about you for the purpose of administering Ursus law firm’s relationship with you and/or the company that you work for.
1.2 Below you will find a description of the personal data which Ursus law firm will collect and process about you, as well as the purpose and on which basis Ursus law firm is processing the personal data.
1.3 To fulfil the agreement between you or the company you work for and Ursus law firm. Ursus law firm may collect and process the following personal data about you for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement entered into between you or the company you work for and Ursus law firm (e.g. to provide agreed services to you):

(b) Contact information, including e-mail address and phone number
(c) Title
(d) Workplace
1.4 Legitimate interest. Ursus law firm may collect and process personal data about you for the purposes of administering Ursus law firm’s relationship with you which pursues a legitimate interest of Ursus law firm, and it is assessed that Ursus law firm’s interest in processing the personal data overrides your interests.

(b) Contact information, including e-mail address and phone number
(c) Title
(d) Workplace
1.5 Other personal data. Ursus law firm may as part of your interaction with us be processing other personal data, including personal data being processed as part of providing legal services. 2 Confidentiality and information about Ursus law firm’s processing of your personal data

3.4 Right to a copy of your personal data. You may be entitled to obtain a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format by sending an e-mail to ss@ursuslaw.dk stating this request. If technically feasible, you may request that the personal data is transmitted directly to another company or person acting as a data controller.
3.5 Right to make a complaint. If you have any complaints about Ursus law firm’s processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
